1. Quotations and Pricing

• All prices mentioned in the quotations are subject to change without prior notice unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Prices do not include taxes, shipping, or installation charges unless specified.

2. Order Confirmation

• Orders are confirmed upon receipt of an official purchase order and advance payment as per agreed terms.
• Changes to orders must be communicated in writing and may be subject to additional charges.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be as outlined in the invoice or sales agreement. Delayed payments may attract interest as per prevailing rates.
• SBS Machinery reserves the right to halt production or delivery in case of delayed payments.

4. Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. SBS Machinery is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond its control, such as logistics or supply chain disruptions.
• The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods upon delivery. Any damage or discrepancy should be reported within 48 hours.

5. Warranty and Service

• SBS Machinery provides a warranty for manufacturing defects as specified in the product documentation. Warranty claims require proof of purchase and adherence to usage guidelines.
• The warranty does not cover wear and tear, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.

6. Returns and Cancellations

• Returns are accepted only for defective products and must be initiated within the warranty period.
• Order cancellations may incur penalties, depending on the production stage of the equipment.

7. Intellectual Property

• All designs, patents, and trademarks of the machinery are the intellectual property of SBS Machinery and cannot be replicated without written consent.

8. Liability

• SBS Machinery’s liability is limited to the value of the purchased product and does not extend to indirect or consequential damages.
